About Mischiworks
For me, It all started in 2008-2009, while working on my Bachelor studies of Mediatechnology. All was well until life hit me hard. Challenge after challenge were thrown my way: from a school that kept changing everything, a relationship that ended dramatically, a job that became tedious and repetitive, to my health taking a toll.
This was when I decided to not let my life be run by others, but find my own path. I put my studies on hold, stopped with my job, and then joined the Microsoft Imagine Cup. This became an award winning success and gave me my first taste in entrepreneurship, purpose-driven initiatives and global perspectives. It did not get easier after that, but seeing how each challenge made me stronger gave me the motivation and drive to go on, bringing many new opportunities on my path.
Of course each day comes with its challenges, but I can sincerely say I’m really happy where I am now. I’m currently at my peak health, living my life to its fullest. Married to an amazing wife and proud father of a son who both bring me joy every day. I have deep and lasting connections with my friends, I get to do meaningful work and hang out with many inspiring entrepreneurs. I also get to positively impact and touch people’s lives. Although we’re never finished, this is everything I could wish for and much more! Something that I wish for everyone.
The last 15 years I’ve seen many great initiatives fall (including some of my own). Entrepreneurs and leaders losing their spark, not knowing where to go. Getting so caught up in their daily to-do’s that they lost all passion to actually make a difference. Great people that couldn’t find the time anymore, becoming so overwhelmed and stressed that they forget their own wellbeing. With dramatic impact on their relationships as a result. This is something that needs to stop!
With Mischiworks I’m aiming to:

My personal belief is that solutions are available for every challenge, but they’re not always easily found or accessible. They’re also not ‘one size fits all’. Mischiworks is here to research paths forward and empower you to not only solve challenges, but turn them into opportunities for growth.
Purpose-driven (future) leaders are entrepreneurs and change makers, driven by more than just earning money for their shareholders. They see humanity, nature and our planet as the most important stakeholders, and strive to realize their – often bold and inspiring – visions.
Unfortunately this passion often gets crushed when confronted with reality. There are many obstacles on the way, and most of these leaders do not get the attention and support that they deserve.
I want to change this by dedicating my time and energy to help guide them forward in their journey.
I believe that it is time for more conscious and ethical organizations. Initiatives that are rooted with the promise of shaping a brighter future, but also getting the chance to become successful and scale their impact. I’m leveraging my extensive knowledge, qualities and unique skills to help fulfill this mission.
